Standard Repair

  • You understand that if your device is not picked up from Be One IT (after notification has been made to you via phone, email or text message) within 30 days, your device and all hardware/software checked in with it, will be retained by the company.
  • You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Be One IT to perform diagnostic, repair or any other services on your device, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your device disks and/or drives.
  • You acknowledge and agree that Be One IT shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software. Data backups and restoration are by request only and Be One IT provides no guarantees regarding backup and restoration.
  • You understand that the condition of your device may deteriorate as a result of attempts to repair.
  • You understand that all repairs have a 14 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • You understand that Be One IT is not liable for any loss of income, actual or perceived, due to the time your device is with Be One IT for repair.
  • Missed appointments will incur a £15 surcharge. Notice of appointment cancellation must be more than 2 hours before the appointment slot.
  • If not collected at initial hand in, all jobs are still liable to a minimum diagnostic fee (£39 Standard laptop or PC, £60 custom/gaming PC or laptop and an additional £20 for repairs with liquid spillage)
